Login annoying
Balance screen is annoying. I can’t find a way to stop it appearing instead of log in screen
Almost OK
Moving to NZHL from BNZ meant leaving an app that is light years ahead in user friendliness. It seems impossible to send money overseas and cancelling scheduled transfers between accounts is really hard as all the accounts are named the same expect for at the end (1),(2) etc and that part is usually cut off on the screen anyway.

Hi Adam. Apologies for the slow response. Accounts can be renamed by tapping on an account on the Accounts screen, tapping the detail tab, tapping the Account name row and then giving the account whatever name you wish. Also, it's true that international payments cannot yet be made via the app (yet), but they can be made via our desktop site https://www.nzhltransact.co.nz/ . Thanks for the feedback.
Great most of the time
I’ve found the app to work really well on my iPhone, but it gets stuck on my iPad when trying to forward a payment receipt - it hangs. Apart from this (which is really annoying), it’s great.
