I read the other reviews and thought ‘how bad can it be’. It doesn’t even get to the splash screen - just a blank white page with occasional ’syncing’ messages. No idea why quest are promoting in their hotels an app that just doesn’t work.This is now fixed. The app works adequately now. The main issue is that it takes $1 from your account when you book. If you subsequently cancel the booking that $1 is not refunded. So basically you pay $1 for each booking even if you never stay.

Hi, thanks for your message. There was an issue with syncing that we have resolved. This should not cause any problems in future with the latest version.

It is easy to book and keeps your credit card on file. I like the feature of having two credit cards, personal and business, and it’s also great to get airpoints for bookings. I’m using the app now all the time.

First time I used it it kept freezing so I ended up ringing the hotel. Next time I entered my mobile number and click on ‘begin’…. Nothing happens 🙄🙄 I give up!
