Why does it still open with an ‘introducing’ screen? Why does it ask for my address when I am already registered? Why does it still say ‘we’re just sorting a few things out’ when the app has been live for months? Why does no-one read or act upon the many users complaints about this app? At least the collections page works, but I would prefer to ‘opt in’ when I want a collection rather than having to remember to weekly ‘opt out’. Come on whoever maintains this app, sort it out!
Pay as you get Frustrated.
How do I find the app version number ? Where do I find my customer number ? Why do we still have an advert video on Home Screen??
When will this app be totally re-designed ? It is just unbelievably poor for this day and age !!
