To use the app, you need to register. Register at: https://www.amp.co.nz/myamp-register



If you already have MyAMP, download the app then:



1. Enter your MyAMP username and password details.

2. Setup you four-digit PIN or turn biometric access in the app settings to turn on FaceID




Compatibility: Requires iOS 11.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone. This app is optimized for iPhone 5s and above.

It just keeps getting better and better

Easy to use. Excellent features like customisable projections and a personal returns and contributions over time graph. Features keep being added: I wonder what cool stuff is coming next?

Login problems

Please I don’t know where else to go for help.
I can’t login to my account and haven’t been able to for two months or more.
I enter my 4 digit password and all it does is load, load, load. I’ve sat my phone down for 30mins and still the wheel is spinning. I have tried to remove the app and reload it to my phone. but now I can even have the app shortcut on my phone, I have to go to an email or the App Store to open the app to the login screen.
I like the app it’s easy to use and would really like to continue to use it.

Hi, Jeremy. Sorry to hear you are having these issues. It's hard to troubleshoot here but you could try selecting "forgot pin" and login with User name and password and I think this should resolve the issue. Added features are a win

I’ve had this app for a few years now. It’s been great to see the new features and enhancements added. In particular the retirement projections feature that show estimates of how much my KiwiSaver should be once I reach retirement age based on current contributions and the funds I’m in. It’s also great to see at any point my current balance compared to net contributions made so I can track the performance of my investment. Definitely some great improvements over the years - Alana
