Perfect app, great features, UI and support!
By far the most modern and best banking app I've used. UI is modern but not feature-sparse, if anything the app packs all the features you need! Makes it super easy to manage money on the go, and the support for FaceID/TouchID, Apple Pay and card blocking options is even better. You have easy access to documents, cards and even a direct chat to support through the app which is wicked. One request - customisable order for the frequent payees section at the bottom of the main screen would be great!

Great app 😊
This is still a great app, especially with Apple Pay and being able to set up and edit payments, just one suggestion though - it’d be even better if we could have the app on 3 devices now you have Apple Pay eg the watch, phone and Ipad. I like using this on the Ipad and the phone but would like to be able to use Apple Pay on the watch as well but I need the app on there 😊

Login slow! 😞🚀🚀
It takes quite a while to load the welcome ‘BNZ’ screen before the login lock appears, even though I have a fast iPhone. When compared to the ANZ app, your BNZ app has much slower performance when opening up / authenticating.
This is the only thing I dislike about the app experience. Everything else Is pretty nice - especially the built-in secure ‘contact’ support message platform. Making 1-2 seconds faster login would be a great improvement.
