Much better than previous version, but please can you carry through the reward preference or at least prompt user to update as I’ve missed out on a number of flybuys deals since changing app not realising it had to be selected within the app after signing in.

There doesn’t really have any advantages with the new app.. however it does have a huge disadvantage.. your points that you accumulate on the “old” App was instantly accessible however this new App it can take a day for the points to accumulate. A big thumbs down 👎. I’ll give an example. Although my order was for 14 coffees.. you order for 12 people tho 10 coffees or hot chocolate or frappes.. knowing you get a free coffee.. Z Papamoa, when they reopen the store had the cheek to stand their and argue with me that it can take a day for the points to accumulate on the App for your free or next stamped coffee.. I know it doesn’t take a day for my payment for fuel to come out of my bank account as I pay at pump on the spot and funds moved instantly. I Ended up at BP Wild Bean Papamoa which their points system populate immediately upon the order. Something Z need to look at with their new App. The old App was perfect point’s actually accumulating immediately.. if it ain’t broken then don’t mess with it.. your lucky Z Papamoa is closer and more convenient than Wild Bean BP..

The old Z app is much more efficient and user friendly than the current app. The new app takes me more clicks to get to the pre-buying of fuel screen and I have to look at a recommended fuel option of 155L which is pointless because it’s more than I want to buy. Also, the default units when buying fuel is $Dollars, please make the default Litres because it’s much easier to do it that way.

Really disappointed in how much bloat has been added to the app. As a user, I would like to open the app, buy my fuel and get out as quickly as possible. I know you want to slow people down so they see your other deals and this increases the chances of buying them. But honestly it’s just frustrating having them shoved in our faces and makes us want to buy them even less.

Please remove the bloat of the recommended fuel buying option and reduce the number of clicks it takes to buy fuel. Making the process as efficient as possible to buy fuel will make me more likely to pre-buy fuel.
