Very disappointed with the service from Nama Water Company. The water supply interruptions have been happening too frequently, and there is little to no clear communication about when the issue will be resolved. Customer service is slow to respond, and when they do, the answers are not helpful.For a utility company, reliability and transparency are extremely important, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. I hope they improve their service quality and customer support in the future.

Once we top up our balance it will not be reflected in the Nama Account. Have to wait for long to get it updated and sometimes need to register complaint for the paid amount to be updated in the system. Also at times the app is not responding after log in. App says you have been logged out please log in again. Frustrating. Please take action to improve the performance of the App

The app doesn't work most of the times.You need to try to login many times and it's a hit or miss..The app doesn't always reflect the true amount balance.Recharging through the app is a real pain.When we report that to call center, they admit those issues and ask people to use the website.

I’ve noticed that the application often experiences functionality issues, which can be frustrating. It would be great to streamline some of the features to improve usability. Additionally, after recharging, the wait time of nearly 3 hours to get the water refilled could be reduced for a better customer experience.
