The Chicago Forward platform offers a continuum of access to people considering, or having, bariatric surgery or weight loss services with CIAS. You'll benefit from live, virtual support that helps guide you through your journey. This is part of a comprehensive program that provides live, on-demand, and virtual nutrition, lifestyle modification and fitness support.
Those who are invited to the platform will be able to access live online appointments, access recipes and meal plans, watch cooking demos, participate in online fitness, track their progress, and much more.
Please note that the Chicago Forward program integrates with the iOS Health app (iOS HealthKit) to bring you the ability to measure and display your daily steps within application.
