This is an all-in-one program that provides live, on-demand, and virtual nutrition, lifestyle modification and fitness support. VHPGO offers a HIPAA secure platform with a unique login for each user, provided by your physician or provider. On the app, you can schedule and access live appointments with wellness specialists, access customized nutrition meal plans, watch on-demand videos and live fitness classes, attend support groups, and so much more. All these features can be accessed on-the-go or in the convenience of your home. Virtual, live consultations and classes are available seven days a week. Note: The VHPGO program integrates with the iOS Health app (iOS HealthKit) to bring you the ability to measure and display your daily steps within application.
