If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:

- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre

If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

Using the ADCB App is very convenient for me... I don’t have to go out from the comfort of my home just to withdraw and pay my bills.. With ADCB App, i can pay directly my bills, fast and easy.. Thank you ADCB ❤️

Unable to change mobile number on the app

You should add the option to change the registered mobile number on the app just like the other major banks in UAE. It is very inconvenient to call your callcenter just to update the information wherein you will callback in a few days just to verify the identity of your client. Unluckily if the mobile was stolen or the line was suspended the client must visit your branch personally just to update his/her record which is very hassle especially we are in the middle of pandemic.
