No to EVA
I don’t think the virtual assistant: EVA is really needed. It’s so time consuming and i feel it’s really not necessary when in the end you are also forwarded to a customer service representative.
However, ENBD app is helpful and of great use.
Worst customer service
I received messages that there is a purchase on my credit card that I am not aware of. I called the customer service and they are just kee transferring my calls. I asked them to block my cards and they did but I asked them what is going on and I want to replace my cards but they are just transferring me to EVA and it is taking too long it eats up my load balance. I asked them to call me back because my balance is not enough but they told me to verify my account and still transferring to EVA until it runs out. Bad customer service and bad online banking service. Will just transfer to a better bank.

complaint
This month i have problem in using nbd online banking . i used directremit in transfering money to philippines, I received text and email confirmation that the money was deducted to my account but i didnt received it on my philippine bank. it happen to me twice already. the 1st complaint is already resolve , they back my money after 12 days of waiting then my 2nd complaint is still pending. i hope this issue will resolve . because i lost my trust in using your online banking..
