It’s Slow or Never!
My first time livions didn’t come (First time to put money in the account & first time to use the debit card). Followed up multiple times but nothing happened. All good though. But it really takes time to see the purchases in the “all activity” section of the wallet (it shows up a day or two). Waiting to win daily prizes. :-)
Refund not reverted
I purchased an item from noon dated 05 May but changed my mind and cancelled it to buy another one. They said that the refund of the cancelled purchase will be reverted back to my account after 30 days. I received a notification dated 14 May saying that the refund has been processed and credited back to my account but when I checked, I saw in my transaction history that they deducted 209AED again and added 209AED to my account (so it means nothing happened), my balance is still the same. I contacted them to raise a complaint, the agent said that the amount is still on hold, will be released after 30 days. It’s ben more than 30 days so I checked again, now they are saying that there are no more on hold amount under my account. Where did the 209AED go? This is fraud. Think twice before opening an account here. I will withdraw all my money, CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND FILE A LEGAL COMPLAINT!!!!

Poor customer service team
I just put 1 star due to very poor customer service team in the actual app didn’t help me resolve my issue and it takes several days to address and find out the issue as they said it goes to multiple teams to identify why my livions wasn’t credited.
They ask me to wait 5 working days to find out what happened. But when I asked if in case, I haven’t met the maintaining balance for the month, they will also be considerate enough to wait for 5 working days for me to deposit and reach the limit, the person said they won’t even waive. Unfair.
