Worst app

The application is worst now. A lot of failed transfers locally and direct remit. Just bring back the old app much easier more reliable and can trace transactions easier. This is a full downgrade of application not upgrade. I even have direct remit which was failed status but when the benefiary received it, it did not updated as successful transaction. If i can give 0 stars or negative much better.

Let me go back to the old apps 😭

incoming and outgoing takes too much time to reflect 💔 sometimes you’ll see that there’s incoming fund but you still need to wait bec. it’s not yet reflected as your avail. balance. For the outgoing, i have to wait for a day or more, compared to the old app that it will reflect in a snap (say it exaggerated) but seconds only. Save and shake is not working as well, and also can’t update my mobile number 😭 it also hard to check you recent transaction, say for example for the direct remit, it will only show the converted amount there’s no equivalent in AED. you can have your receipt as week after every transfer. Maybe the only thing i love to the new app (so far) is that you can hide your funds.

Customer Service

The old App is much better. Old app is user friendly, unlike the new one, almost all of the features are not working. It’s like functions were included only for design. Even when I am trying to replace my card. I cannot request directly from this app. I still need to call customer service and they are forwarding me to the bot. I am doing what the bot is saying but it is saying either it is an invalid option or I am having technical issues, or I do not have any card replacement request, even I really have a request. FIX YOUR SYSTEM! It’s already been 5 days I am calling customer service and my request is not pushing through!
