Good app but poor customer service!
Poor customer service! They’re not giving all the necessary information to their clients! After what’ve happened, all they can say is we are doing now something to improve our service, blah blah blah. Anyone can say that but the real concern of the customer has not been addressed at all. Very bad experience emirates islamic bank!
