Its not working
IBN batuta staff
The staff in IBN batuta is very rude to me that he show that he dont want to assist me i told him i will call the customer service infront of him because i dont know what option to press for my inquiry he just told me go outside and call i said i want you to teach me which option and still insist me to go outside to take the call. I just want him to teach me what option to choose in customer service but he show no interest in helping
Cash back points redemption not available in this app
This new app will not allow you to redeem your cashback points. Even if you do online banking on a browser. Once you switched to EI app 2.0 you cannot switch back to the old banking experience. Until now upgrade for this feature has been on hold.
