I hope prices are updated regularly. And if there is a change or an increase of price especially an item pick by the client, I hope the company will notify the client first. I also use another online mart or food app, and their prices don’t change upon ordering until the delivery of items.
I don’t know if this is part of the company protocols like the printed order details with pen marks when there is price change. Would it be better if these are encoded rather than in pen marks? It would also be better if the order details printed in half sheet paper to save resources.
Also, some delivery drivers have to pay for gate pass or ticket fee and I usually gave additional pesos for this. I experienced paying an amount ranging from 5 pesos to 25 pesos. This is not against the community mart or to the delivery drivers, but some security gate personnel asked from these delivery drivers without giving them gate tickets or maybe asking more than the indicated gate pass fee. I hope the management and LGU will see on this issue and protect delivery drivers from these individuals who try to take advantage.

This is a really convenient app. When I don’t have time to visit the market, I always have this app to turn to. But it’s just a shame they don’t accept credit or debit card payments. If this payment option was available, I would rate this app a 5 star

Also there’s a new requirement before you can order. You have to pin your location. This is great but it just keeps loading and there’s no problem with our WiFi connection. I have been waiting too long. Still it doesn’t let me save my pinned location on the map so I also can’t place an order now.

It serves its purpose! It’s easy to navigate. Though there are still things they can improve on the app, like adding other payment methods, being able to see on the app the status of the order real time, monitor driver once he’s on the way, etc.

Also, on the app it shows i am ordering a Magnolia brand chicken, but what arrived is just the ordinary ones u see in the palengke. Hope they can be more truthful. Other than that, i received everything i ordered, the packaging is nice (they provided echo bags), produce are fresh, & vegetables are not wilted; especially the eggplant, hindi lang basta basta nilagay mukhang walang mga tenant (sana).
