Ratings and Reviews
Items incomplete
It is my first time to use the app and unfortunately i was disappointed as delivered items were incomplete. I did double checked my purchase list and it doesnt match the receipts and goods i have received. Supposedly it is 17 items but i have received only 13 items. It is lacking of 4 items and no one even contacted me to inform that they have not purchased all of my orders. Worst is i have already paid online. I tried to call their store (pasay branch) and the lady told me that the missing items were unavailable (maybe its just her alibi as it is showing available in the app) and they were sorry they didnt inform me as they have bulk orders. They will just email me after 7-14 days. For real??? So disappointing as they didnt even put some effort to resolve the concern of their customer. First impression lasts...i think im alreAdy having doubts if my money will be returned as the lady is not that confident with what she is saying and in a hurry to end the call.
Credit Card Payment and Address/SMAC Info
I like the app when it comes to search options. They have a wide variety of brands to choose from. It’s easier when you want to add to cart or delete from cart. However, they need to improve when it comes to checkout because here is where the problem arises.
First, whenever I checkout the groceries, I always need to input my address and SMAC Number repeatedly. You should have saved these infos upon registration. Second, whenever I use Credit Card payment, it is always unsuccessful. Can you please improve on these areas. Thank you.
Very useful WM App
Very thankful for the online shopping service of WM! We need not expose ourselves to the virus and at the convenience of our home and with just the use of our cellphones, we get to shop and it is our choice if we want to pick up or have it delivered! The personal shoppers are also very kind in providing feedback for items and or clarifying on our orders. Thanks for keeping us safe especially in this time of the pandemic! God bless
