I feel that the products aren’t enough, but it’s still a very convenient service. Great customer service as well! They called me up to inform me about one product that was out of stock and upon delivery, they’re going to refund me thru cash. :)

This made staying at home even more possible. My payment mode was COD since my purchase was below the maximum amount. They also texted me to confirm if I will push through with the purchase since some of the items that I checked out went out of stock when they were preparing the items. The items were also well-packaged and had labels in each box indicating the order number and recipient so the delivery personnel can identify which boxes belong to which customer.

This app is just new but I already love how great, convenient & user friendly this app is. I just wish that they also include their other grocery warehouse branches from the online store options, list more varieties (including frozen products) and make the ready for pick up confirmation faster.

Great Idea but App is still Buggy

App’s concept could really be helpful esp during this time. But the app still has some issues that affect its overall functionality, usability, and user-friendlyness.- location setup process.- unclear purpose of My Store: i feel like this feature is optional and was meant for sari sari store owners but this is unclear.- lag (could be depending on the device)- have to add the item to cart before user sees that it’s out of stock.* unmindfully adding items to my cart using “single press to add item” function, number of items in the cart changes while doing so but upon going to the cart itself my recently selected items were not added.
