I seldom leave feedback but your app is worth it. I rely on landers for my grocery needs. I’ve never had a problem with any order I’ve placed - over 20 orders now and counting. If a product is unavailable, they will promptly refund to the exact centavo. There’s only a couple of times the delivery got delayed but they made sure to inform me and it was during ecq so it was understandable. All products are delivered in good condition - meats and chilled items are packed in plastics of ice to preserve form and freshness. I’ve recommended you to my family and friends. Please continue your great service.

One Sided App & Useless Customer Service

Bought several times already tru the app since its lockdown period and pandemic and also received a couple of bad items already.. A potato chip that smells bad and taste stale, a pasta with insects inside, a biscuit that is expiring in a month (less 20%, but was not mentioned that its soon to expire).. didnt bother to return, wrote a negative review.. to my surprise, non was published. I guess thats the reason there wer no negative reviews inside the app.. whats the use of reviews? Then an insect killer with flickering light.. I complained and was told to bring it to the store within 7days for return or replacement.. informed ur staff that if i bought it online, it may connote that im not going to the store???? and im hoping someone would come over to replace it.. hello… i paid for a personal shopper??? A personal shopper to help me select the best item… I was given the silent treatment.. I just replace the tube with a 45php tube i bought from Shopee. So ur app has a review system that is one sided and a useless customer service that functions like a bot.. you may want to add the personal shopper also that is not doing the job right the 1st time.. after the pandemic.. its most likely goodbye Landers :)
E-commerce discrepancy

All of my online transactions were smooth using other credit card and virtual card except the two of my payments using BPI debit card/e-commerce in which I supposedly received a refund of my two orders upon the final order checkout from the counter. But until now I still waiting the refund. The order was done last September 2024 and until now they cannot find the problem. As what the Landers support said that they are using “iP88 and Maya Vault” which captures the final amount accepted based only on the available orders they have fulfilled and delivered. But that is not the case because as per my bank statement and records the initial amount of my orders was the one deducted and as per BPI representative upon checking they didn’t receive any refund back from landers after the orders fulfilled and delivered. Hope to check your system terminals between Landers and BPI debit card/e-commerce. Thanks

Hi, I would like to bring to your attention the apps problem whenever you scroll and reach the last page or close to the last page it starts to repeat its items and flashing occurs. So even if you still want to continue seeing other items you will have no choice but to go back to home page and start again or press other categories. I would also like to see other sale products that are popular and useful. Most of the sponsored discounted items are those products that are unsaleable or non essential ones. Vouchers are hard to find. Where can O see my vouchers and I thought when you are a member it should be free delivery when you reach 2k -3k amount of pruchase. Thanks and keep up the good work
