Stocks are not updated+ Pick-up option takes too long to be processed.

It’s such a hassle to have the order cancelled especially when you paid it online because it would take too long again to have it refunded. Hope they could update their system regularly so we don’t order out of stock items.
I chose the pick-up option because i thought it would be faster. It’s still too long. Their customer service is also slow in giving me an update about my order.

Hassle to order here

So recently, I downloaded this app and ordered a baby carrier. It was available kasi naklagay add to cart, kasi kung hindi available dapat hindi na pwedeng ma-add to cart yun di ba? Ganon sa grab and shopee eh, updated ang items. Same day, Dec 18, i checked out my item and paid thru gcash. I'm a fan of online shopping kasi I don't want to go out na, daming tao eh. So kampante na bilang SM ito, everything will go well.
So ok, sabi it will be delivered by dec 21 to 23 so and so.
And then, I received an email from them, at sabi sa email, sorry daw wala nang stocks at yung 2,400++ kong ibinayad ay maibabalik aftet 3 to 4 weeks?! Wow!!!! Unbelievable! Someone in your online shop management should look into this. Bad service, very wrong! Hindi kasalanan ng customer na hindi updated ang stocks niyo, lalong mali na 3 to 4 weeks ang balik ng ibinayad ko. Ang dali lang ng system na yan dapat. Learn from Grab and Shopee!

Poor Customer Service

I am an avid user of this app for my grocery needs and I’ve been patient even though their staff got my order wrong for 3-4 times. When I first used this app it was seamless, but for sometime now their service sucked.

I placed an order today around 2 AM for a scheduled delivery at 9-11 AM, the staff reached out at 8:30ish and said my order will be a little bit late because they’re having some issues with the system. Fast forward it’s 6 PM now and I called the staff in the branch I chose and they were not yet done resolving the issue. I am at my wits end, some of the stuff from this purchase was supposed to be our lunch and dinner but that’s impossible now. They promised to have it delivered by 7:15, we’ll see by then.

Improve your customer service handling. But what can I expect from a huge company like you? I bet you wouldn’t even address this one. This is just a micro issue for you to handle, ain’t that right?

PS: i even took a screenshot of my scheduled delivery as a supporting evidence that they were not able to deliver my order on time
