Stocks are not updated+ Pick-up option takes too long to be processed.

It’s such a hassle to have the order cancelled especially when you paid it online because it would take too long again to have it refunded. Hope they could update their system regularly so we don’t order out of stock items.
I chose the pick-up option because i thought it would be faster. It’s still too long. Their customer service is also slow in giving me an update about my order.

Needs A LOT of Improvement

1. Stocks are not updated real time - it is disappointing to be informed after payment that my order cannot be fulfilled because it is out of stock.
2. After the last update, I cannot see where to track my order. The bottom banner diaappeared.
3. Click & Collect option is not working, why?
4. Delivery times stated is not followed.

Due to MECQ, our Click and Collect service is currently suspended until further notice. Kindly bear with us as we are also currently operating at a limited capacity and are following strict government guidelines for the duration of the MECQ. Stop and fix first

The only thing working is sign up and log in.
The categories became blank after crashing and needing to log in. This made navigation so difficult. I actually have to search items vs being able to skim through a specific category.
The app keeps crashing - in a span of a few min (maybe 15 min or so), it crashed 3 times - need to access again.
At check out using gcash - i got up to placing the OTP, then nothing. No message. Just frozen page. There was no message on success or failed transaction. No amt debited but cart emptied out.
It wasn’t pleasant to use - quite stressful. Deleting this app for now.
