App could do some improvement.

I had my order delivered to my home since i cannot do store pick up during lockdown without a personal vehicle. I rated 4 stars because one of the products i received spilled since it had no more bottle cap. It was also a guessing game as to how long your orders would get delivered. While it was understandable during quarantine, i wished there was at least an estimate as to when will it be shipped or estimate dates to receive. Other than that, the user interface of the app was easy and friendly. The packaging of products was also good, bubbled wrapped and boxed properly. And there was an sms notification on the day it was estimated to be delivered. I just wish the product reviews of customers were actually helpful.

No good App: Do not buy online!!

This app is not like any other app, it is very outdated, inconvenient & not recommended! So I ordered online last May 27, & proceed to placed an order. However, I think Ive overlooked a product & bought the incorrect one since their label is very similar. So I immediately sent an email, facebook msg, sent an email thru their contact form but haven’t received any feedback & finally sent a msg in their livechat, I swear the queue will take 2 hrs to even start!! But I successfully was able to talk to Luna (customer service agent) & she was able to have my incorrect order cancelled & there was an email confirmation for the cancelled order, for me at that time ut was such a relief! So I had my correct orders place once again. But this afternoon, someone called me & said they were about to deliver my parcel then I check the status of my previous order & it was stated that ut was shipped?!! So what happened ti the cancelled order? So there will be a duplicate order on my end. Please know that I will not use again & never recommend this watsons app again! So for those of you who are planning on using this again! Please think twice. Theres no way youre going ti contact them since they are very unresponsive.

Very Poor Customer Service Watsons!

I ordered online and the items delivered were incomplete. I have tried all avenues to reach out to customer service via chat, feedback form, contact form and order query form. I was able to get a ticket for the chat and order query form. The other contact points-- I have no idea how they went and if they were handled. Chat queue is by the way up to 60 persons, and you have to ping the chat box multiple times otherwise it can timeout and put you back at the back of the queue or restart your chat with the customer rep who really has nothing to say to you after an hour of staying in queue (while pinging the chatbox)! You are in luck if you restart the chat with same customer rep but most times it will be a different person and you will have to explain everything and send pictures again etc., so you see it is very frustrating. 2 of my order query tickets were closed with no feedback on the missing item. They just said the order number I am asking about has been delivered so I doubt they read my message properly.
