Honestly, one of the best loaning apps I’ve tried. The customer service rep/officer Ivy was very understanding and professional in contacting me. Sana all customer service ng loaning apps katulad nya. The only issue I had was that when I paid part pala di sha ma dededuct sa loan amount mo but ma eextend lang due date mo, a mistake on my end for not knowing but at least you guys won’t make the same mistake as me. So if miss Ivy you’re reading this or if your colleague shows you this, thank you for being a nice person. I paid the full amount as soon as I can kasi naguiguilty ako kasi mabait yung nag contact sa akin. Sana naman lahat ng rep ganyan din mag reach out. The service is okay rin and the interest is not so big compared mo sa ibang loan apps na lowkey somewhat of a scam dahil imagine magloloan ka 6k tapos bibigyan ka lang ng 4k plus sa bank account mo. Tapos babayaran mo is 6k plus na at pag na late ka lang ng ibang araw magiging 7-8k na yan. So far lang po one of an okay experience ko is dito. Salamat!

RELOAN

For my first loan I got 1k and it takes only a minute then transfer to my account but only 955 then 1 day before my due date different number called me I think 20 numbers and they just call me and call me but never texted me it's just disturbing it's not my due date yet. 4days before i take a reloan and I got approved for 3k for my emergency I process it around 2am and until now almost 12 hours already it's not even transfer yet in my account. I already sent an email to their customer service but they just only " hi this is marie etc etc" and if you reply your concern they will not give you an update. This is app is not helpful.

Wala pang due date tawag na ng tawag wag kayo dito hindi niyo pa due date kukulitin na nila kayo tapos sa disbursement ng loan niyo mag aantay pa kayo ng 48hours which is 2days tinalo pa ang banko kaya nga lending app ee para for emergency pero pag aantayin ka lang tapos sila nga d makapg antay ng due due date panay kulit na sayo lol 😂

SOME AGENT TOLD ME TO PAY THRU GIVEN REFERENCE TO CLEAR MY LOAN DUE TO APP ERROR FOR 10DAYS

It’s my first time to use this app and then when I tried to pay my loan as I saw the interest this want me to pay it within the day but suddenly I can’t open the app for 10days then I tried to approach them thru hotline and they give me the Facebook account where I got all the details I need to pay my loan. Now at night I feel bothered. I tried to open the app and I’m happy cause I suddenly open it. With my shock the payment I made thru dragon pay is not reflected on my account. Now I’m trying to contact them on Facebook messenger but they are not responding me. Please can somebody help me with this and refund the money I paid so I can pay my loan here???why some agent is using your hotline and giving us instructions which is not legit.
