I have emailed 3 times asking for a liitle consideration regarding 3 UNUSED dining promos have expired. For 3 months, I made sure I complied with requirements to qualify for dining discounts (which is NOT really a lot)- unfortunately, I would always lose track & would end up not being able to use the discounts. Right after the last promo expired (Nov3) I emailed requesting that I be allowed to use the last one- but yo date, not even an acknowledgement of email was sent :-(
0 star- Totally disappointed at ramen jiro
We tried ramen jiro yesterday even if the discount was only 20%. Upon ordering we were told the top most ordered ramen was not included in eatigo because it was “promo”. Not only was this false because the item was in the discounted menu itself on eatigo site with discount .the server could not prove it was promo because it did not say on the menu. After we showed the site, they agreed to give discount. But upon checking bill they DID NOT discount my moms ramen. Out of frustration I did not complain and wanted to pay my bill and get out already....We could have also used my moms senior with same discount since it’s same discount . This was the most frustrating and disappointing meal we ever had using eatigo. I am not sure if eatigo will even flag ramen jiro for this but it took the fun out of trying new Restos . Rest assured I will relay this to all my contacts and better to try zomato with b1t1. For ramen jiro, if you do not want to offer discount don’t join eatigo. Completely useless and fraudulent advertising.

Great app!
Super easy to use. You not only get to try different cuisines you also get to save. This app is such a life saver when you're to lazy to cook at home. Super love this app. I could suggest maybe you could have an option in the settings for the time of reservation, I find it easier if it isn't military time. Also maybe there could be an option to see the full menu of the restos as well 😊
