Buggy sign up process
I was trying to sign up the other day. I used my mobile number but it is having problems. I gave up in frustration. I tried it again today. I was able to sign up via email. When I’m trying to link my mobile number to receive an OTP, the error says that the number already exist. So I was forced to use another mobile number. After a successful sign up process using that other mobile number, I tried to change the mobile number into the one I mainly use, but I get an error that it already exists!
Crashes at Adding bank
My only transaction now is to file reimbursement so I downloaded the app and did the registration, clicked on the reimbursement. Before I can proceed, it requires me to add bank info but everytime I tapped on the bank name drop down, the app just closed automatically. Tried to uninstall and reinstall quite a few times and still the same problem…. And what could be even worse? The customer representative HAS poor response too. No response after several days of follow up. Even up to this time. PS. Wanted to put 0 star unfortunately it won’t proceed without the star.
UI Stuck in "Loading"
Since yesterday, I have noticed that the UI gets stuck in "loading" and keeps spinning indefinitely. Customer Care advised that the issue has been resolved but I beg to differ. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it on 2 different iPhone devices yet I still experience this issue whenever I click on a LOA and after I create a new LOA request.
Please fix this as it has been very inconvenient to request a LOA.
