I ordered days ago. They said they ran out of one medicine but will restock the next day so I can have my order picked up then. Had my order picked up but when the rider got there he was told my order was cancelled. Now they tell me refund will take 10-14 working days. Worst online medicine delivery app. If something is not in stock, then it should reflect on the app! Inventory should be consolidated - both the physical and online store in one inventory OR keep stocks from the physical store separate from the online store so that those who order online won’t be put through all the hassle. We’re paying customers too!

App is buggy, when I placed an order it proceeded with payment via GCash but the order stayed pending until I got in touch with their customer support. Once I got in touch with them, they cancelled the order but did not provide information regarding the refund. Not a very convenient way to order meds, more of an inconvenience due to the app bugs and slow coordination by their customer support team.

My order got cancelled because the store said they don’t have the items i ordered, i mean why are those reflected in the app if those aren’t available. I am so sick right now and i have to reorder but they haven’t refunded me thru my Gcash. I even tried reaching out to their Facebook page but they just seen my details. I am so disappointed

have been ordering since yesterday and untilnow the order is still pending been doing follow up and nothing. i have cancelled order due is still pending orders. please fix your system to be able to contact the pharmacist if they have received the order.
