Inconsistent Points
Every time i open the app the earned points changes sometimes higher then other times lower. Even if I reached the gold level when I purchased at their store it goes back to a lower level. Thus the discount for gold member cannot be availed.
Points not Updating, Frustrating Experience
I've been using this app for quite some time now and I'm extremely disappointed that the points I've earned are not updating. This issue is really annoying, especially since my membership relies on it. I've tried logging in and out of the app, restarting my phone, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem still persists. It's such a sad experience that something as simple as points updating is causing so much trouble.
I hope the developers of this app can take notice of this issue and fix it soon. I love using this app and I really want to continue using it, but this problem is hindering my experience. Please address this issue so that loyal users like myself can continue to enjoy your app without any hassles.
Overall, I would not recommend this app until this issue is fixed. It's just too frustrating to use an app that doesn't update points properly.
CONFUSING FIRST USE
→ I started using the app but I’m confused. What’s this membership number you’re asking? Is it on the physical card that you gave me when I physically visited your store? Please CLARIFY.
→ When selecting items, why does the app jump to the web browser? This is a no–no. The items page must be inside the app. Otherwise, what is the app for? Please FIX.
→ Also add option for color theme. Only 5% people like white background. Please ADD.
