I don't understand why other rated this app low. Comparing it with previous teleconsult app I used before, this is very efficient and user friendly. This app allows you to view and speak with the doctor directly into the app without the need of external apps like Viber or phone call. You can also view the prescription or lab request inside the app.. I would give this app a 10 out of 5 stars! Kudos to development team for continuously improving this app and enhancing the features.

I don't believe in virtual doctors anymore

I'm not very happy with our recent doctor's appointment. For a simple UTI, the discussion had escalated quickly to a renal stone disease. There was also a push to do a urinalysis urgently tonight when there is no available diagonistic center and pharmacy to sell the bottle that is open. It is also a witching hour where our child who is sick needs to sleep. We are very disappointed as we never truly come across something like this. Doctors in Melbourne are usually more relaxed in conversations, asking what was the background or story leading to this experience.But there was no exploration stage for that and there was already a dig to jump on all things that can be spent like a follow up consultation tonight. We would have done so if our child is looking like in an excruciating pain but our child was jumping up and down in the bed. Usually doctors don't get too excited for us to spend so much specially when they heard we are paying cash and not Maxicare who we know won't pay them in the next few months.It's very dissappointing to use this platform with doctors milking cash paying customers. It's insanely unacceptable, I cannot even comprehend this world we are in and why we even came back

I’m able to book and consult a doctor once (pure luck) but it never happened again. I tried using it for more than 5x but can’t book a GP.When I tried booking a GP, I have to select every GP and find their available schedules. So yes, you select a GP and then book your preferred scheduled. Unfortunately, almost all GPs don’t have available schedules open until forever so I don’t know why they are listed there in the first place if they can’t commit to be available in the app for at least 2 to 4 hours a day. Like about 90% of I selected GPs don’t have any schedules for the day or even for a week! I have to go through each GP to find their availability. The app, should have a feature that will automatically show the next available slot/s and doctor from the time of booking/accessing the app in one screen. Using this is a waste of time. Until they find improvements. P.S. the last GP I booked cancelled me because we can’t hear each other and tagged me as not suitable for tele-consult. I’ve been heavy user of my phone at work and I can say that my network is okay as well. I’m curious probably that issue is from the doctor’s end.

Due to the ongoing COVID situation in the country the doctor's slots are always fully booked - very much similar to a physical hospital if you've been to one lately. I’m able to book and consult a doctor once (pure luck) but it never happened again.
