I would like you to add a more customization options on the online order. It's so basic and not all of the options are there (Ristretto Shot, Half Decaf, customized number of pumps of syrups, customized number of scoops of Frapuccino chips, Ice levels, sugar options (white, brown or splenda) etc.). If you promote convience in this way, add this options or let us enter a free text to inform the barista on how we want our drink. Please have this as on your next update as soon as possble. Like me or any other customer who is always on the go but wants their coffee or frapuccino or tea the way they like it to be. Please consider this because I like the feature and I want to use this as often as I can. Thanks

Poor Customer Service / Don’t Dowload this app it will only give you headaches

The staff assigned to the CSR of the app are unresponsive. Even the hotline number it keeps on saying that their staff is busy with other calls which I highly doubt. My account got logged out without my permission and I cannot access it anymore. I reached out to the customer service team and they replied the first time advising me to make a new account and they will transfer all my points, stars, stickers and remaining balance but up till now there is still no update. There were reflected stickers but the amount was wrong and they are not replying to me anymore. I am currently seeking legal advise to pursue advanced complaints thru the DTI with regards to this. My previous birthday coupon also disappeared and I filed a complaint before but they did not reply with a satisfactory resolution. So please let us stop giving money to these big corporations who cannot even give decent customer service

APP SHOWING INCORRECT BALANCE??? SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HASSLE!

I experienced an issue with my Starbucks order at Atrium Megamall. I ordered 4 cups of coffee and had sufficient balance in my app. However, during payment, a glitch occurred. The barista couldn't print the receipt, despite the fact that the purchase amount was deducted from my balance (as shown in the app). Since the barista confirmed that she saw the purchase amount was deducted from my balance, she just requested for my mobile number and proceeded with the transaction. Later, I received an SMS stating that the amount would be deducted AGAIN upon my next reload. I disputed this, citing the transaction history, which showed the deduction and the amounts tallied.Starbucks claimed their app wasn't updated, showing an incorrect balance. THE APP IS SHOWING INCORRECT BALANCE??? REALLY NOW??? WHY CONTINUE USING THIS APP IF THEY CANNOT MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY?????!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER HERE!!!!! PLS AVOID THIS APP!!!

There’s so much wrong with this app: - forces update every time there is an update available. Why?? It’s not like this is a high security application. So in the morning when you’re trying to get coffee, you find yourself suddenly unable because of an app that doesn’t work- only available on Philippines App Store. Why?? Anyone with a foreign App Store id needs to get a separate Filipino one just for this app and then obviously runs into problems when updating (see above). - has a function to reload Starbucks card balance, but that has never worked, not for me and not for any friends that have tried. Not with local credit or debit card, not with international one. Of course you only find out at the end after having wasted your time. Just disable that function and don’t pretend.
