No Option for Senior Discounts

The title is already self explanatory but to further explain after finalizing my order, I kept looking for payment options or discounts options where I can avail senior discounts but to no avail. Thus, we even had to call pizzahut to avail the senior discount. Oh, yeah, when our delivery came the senior discount wasn’t included so we just paid the original price. What a nice way to celebrate a birthday, right?

App and website needs to be revamped

I've been using the app from time to time for a couple of years. Sometimes I order from the website, but majority of my orders are done via Grab. The app and website are the same as they were 5 years ago. Back then, someone would call to confirm my order but now there's no telling whether my order is received or not, email confirmation means nothing. I once had this issue where my online order didn't register on pizza hut's system even though I got an email. Rather than releasing patches to fix bugs, I hope the app and website gets a total revamp for an better online ordering and delivery experience.

The app itself is pretty good for ordering, and payment options were made easy. However, it does not have any way to track your order status, so you don’t have any updates about your order.

This app seems to be NOT WORKING. After placing your order, you do not get any update on the status of your order. There is also NO MEANS to contact them aside from the landline number ??? I placed an order and after waiting for 2 hours, I decided to cancel it via email. Immediately thereafter, I got a text message saying the order is on its way. I don’t think that the orders placed thru this app are timely submitted to their stores. Such a waste of time.

Thank you for using the Pizza Hut app. We have done some bug fixes and did some under the hood stability improvements in this release. All these to make your pizza ordering experience even better !
