First of all, I would like to thank the team behind this game. Thank you KONAMI for bringing us this game as I still haven't moved on from when you took away Duel Generation. I liked that game so much as much as I HATED Duel Links. Which is why I expect a lot from Master Duel. So to start, I would like to recommend a better deck building system. The current system indicates the total number of the specific card that you own, which is cool. What I hate about it is that when I put it on the deck that I am building, the number doesn't go down. I would like for you to actually gray out the cards (if there's no more available for the deck being built) and indicate how many cards are still available. Also, it would be very nice if the cards that exceed the limit which is 3 would automatically be converted to some sort of gems which can be used to buy new cards. I find it useless how we still need to dismantle such when the limit exists and dismantling is technically where it's going. For instance, I bought a pack and got 4 Blue Eyes White Dragon, there should be a prompt for the 4th card saying "This card has been automatically converted for 'n' gems." Moreover, I'd like to suggest that when we click cards on the deck builder, we should have a little arrow on the side so we can just press it in order to read the next card's description without having to exit the one we're reading because sometimes I find it hard where I left. I had just downloaded the game and those are just few of the hassles I engaged so far. Will still give 5 star for now and will review it again after a couple of weeks of playing. I’ve been playing since launch and I got to say that I like the constant fixes Konami does to the game and responding quick to the cheating. From the animations to the bgm while dueling, you can see they put a lot of effort into it. The gameplay is harder and you can’t just choose any deck to consistently win but it was fun relearning how to play getting to play around with the new ways to summon. The game is still a gacha but it isn’t that much of a pay to win since we get enough gems to start our meta decks. A way for the player base not to scream out in hate for not having enough gems when a new sets come in and the meta changes would be to have promotional campaigns at least a month early and have streamers cover it for everyone to be prepared. The gacha system overall is pretty good. Another thing to add would be something that warns players of weak connection before playing in rank duel. I’ve disconnected on the first turns a few times because my wifi was weak meaning I technically lost and it broke my streak and deterred my rank climbing. Maybe at least add a feature where you don’t need to win 1 more duel when you lose at a streak of 5+ wins.This review is getting long but this game is just the best even if it has some occasional bugs. It got me and my friends back into the game where we play casually. Playing this game casually is still fun

Opponent’s Cards onhand are pre-prepared at the beginning of the duel. It depends on what type of card deck they are using but it is always those knowns cards are already on their hands at turn 1 mainphase1. These onhand cards are all for a continuous link summons, fusion summons, synchro summons, and non-ending special summons… also, negate cards while onhand are already in their hands at the start of duel. Adding to the cheats, the opponent seems to know or see the cards onhand and set down on the field. They avoid putting effect cards and monster effect cards on the column where a trap card that negates effects at that column. They also know that i have mirror force and raigeki onhand, thats why they place their high attack cards on defense position, or they don’t summon monsters and just set spell cards and traps until i play raigeki or they have set up a card that negates activating spell cards and trap cards. I have also experience several times that my trap cards aren’t triggering even though there is no effects from the opponent that negates activation and it doesn’t link. Like my magic cylinder didn’t trigger several times even though the opponent triggered an attack during battle phase…. So i’m giving this a 1 star game since cheaters are ramoants in this game. You destoyed th le yugioh gane…idiots…

I hate this game, garbage! Don’t get me wrong I’ve been playing other Yu-Gi-Oh games before from Duel Monsters to VRAINS. But this game is utterly crap! Why? Heres why!: 1. Hackers! All of the sudden you get to paired up with some player who has a hacking tool or some magic going on because when you’re in a winning condition, all of the sudden you lose and the game tells you “You lost connection” even though my internet connection is strong! 2. No Protection loses! How come whenever a player loses they don’t have a loss-protection similar to rank systems in other games! I prefer playing League of Legends over this game for having a worst ranking system! 3. No Bonus Raises! Since there’s no protection loss in the game. Every player has to have atleast a 1 win increase bonus after winning a 3-5 streak games in rank mode! 4. Demote System will drag you to HELL to the very beginning! This is one major issue I really hate about this game! After reaching Gold-2 all of the sudden you get 4 lose streak in a row then demote to Gold-3 and Start over again! 5. No Other Game modes available and Events only LASTS for a Week! I like The N/R Festival event but at this point these kind of events needs to be permanent for casual players because of how unfair the ranking system is plus the hackers abusing the auto-win from out of nowhere! 6. Card Pool is too much delayed! At this point Albaz Strike needs to be added in the game because not everyone has an access to buy latest TCG cards in the current franchise to try it out! Seriously this game is garbage if Konami will not do anything to make a work around of improvements!
