When I scrolled through the items, some are affordable, some are not, but that’s ok with me. I ordered 2 items from Temu and the total amount was only ₱200+ but after 6 or 7 hrs when I tried to order another item I can no longer check out because there was a minimum amount of ₱550?! Like what? I just ordered 6 or 7 hrs ago and there was no minimum. So i tried to contact the customers’ service. And to make it short, they are encouraging us to buy more items to maximize the use of shipping package. What the heck, that is just a lame excuse!!! What if you just need certain items, do you have to add more useless things just to come up with the amount of ₱550?!!! They should have indicated on their app that there would be a minimum amount before we could check out, so at least no time will be put to waste. I wasted my time uploading this app.

Very satisfied with all the five items I have purchased using the TEMU app. All were delivered as I expected it to be since the descriptions in the website are accurate so I got what I wanted in the condition I hope it would arrive. It took some time though for the product to arrive understanding the delay as it has to be processed through customs but was delivered in the time frame it was stated. The only setback I have is the courier since we have difficulty communicating since he cannot communicate in English and I cannot communicate in Arabic. Tried to use google translate on his part took time for an English speaking person to translate. Even with little English or Arabic the very basics should be in a format so it would be easier to communicate and universal. Example: Name is stated first, address where it would be delivered, expected date and time of delivery and phone number. With the format the first information we would know who it to whom will it be delivered second where it will be delivered when and how to contact. Important is date and time. All the time inshalah they say there should be a time frame when we will wait for it to arrive within the date since time management is important for us who have other things to do

I wanted to share my experience with Temu’s “Hat Trick” / free cashback event, because honestly, it feels extremely misleading and borderline scam-like.At first, the promotion made it look like I was only a few steps away from getting free gifts and cashback. The progress bar showed I was almost done — then suddenly the requirements changed. Instead of just finishing simple tasks, I now had to invite multiple new users (which Indid) and some of them had to make purchases for my progress to count. Every time I got close, the bar moved again, or the goal got harder.Even after completing what the app asked for, nothing was rewarded. The progress reset, and the “free cashback” offer either disappeared or told me to come back the next day for tiny amounts. It felt like they were dragging it out on purpose so I’d give up or keep inviting more people.To me, it seems like the main point of the event is to get users to spam referrals rather than actually earn anything. If you're thinking of trying it, don’t expect real “free gifts” or cashback — it’s more of a recruitment game than a legitimate reward system.Just sharing this so others don’t waste their time the way I did.

I saw this app while scrolling down on facebook and saw their promotional ads. I got interested so I installed it and availed their first time user promo which comes with 12 items in a discounted price. At first I was hesitant to avail their promotion since it's going to be my first purchase on the app. But as an avid o-shopper I took the risk and placed my order. The delivery time was almost a week but it's fine coz the items would come from overseas. I ordered May 27 and it arrived on June 2 but it was worth the wait coz all the items turned up in good condition. It exceeded my expectations so I was so happy with my first purchase on Temu. Quality and worth buying products with super affordable prices. Highly recommended 😊
