Can you guys fix the “Something went wrong.” problem on your TV app? I feel tired reading of all articles in the top search on the internet regarding on how to fix it, which is, by the way, all your links related to that problem. I feel tired since it obviously not working. I am sure it’s never an internet issue, since you’re the only streaming application having that problem.It’s kind of funny that I need to use my phone just to watch on tv. I hope you guys fix it.

Hi! I'm from the Philippines and I use a TCL brand smart TV to watch Supernatural. We have 900mbps fiber internet. I am just on season 2 ep 22 and it's kind of annoying to have the episode buffer every 10 seconds or so. I tried to pause and wait for it to buffer, but the issue persists. The other issue is that every time I start a new episode, the error screen appears and it only goes away when I open my tv settings and then off and then on again the wifi. Please fix this. Prime is the only streaming service that has Supernatural in the Philippines 😭
