STATEMENT/BET SLIP SUGGESTION

Live scores should also be shown in the statement/bet slip section so we don't need to go back on the main page and look for the live scoring. Just like the other apps, it's more handy when monitoring your bet/s specially parlay. Thank you.

Suspicious Activity and Unauthorized Fund Withdrawals

I am extremely disappointed with this app due to suspicious and unprofessional behavior. Without any prior notice or authorization, funds were withdrawn from my account. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of the platform and the possibility of internal misconduct.I reached out to customer support, but their responses were vague and unhelpful. It feels like there’s no accountability or proper explanation for how or why this happened. Users should not have to worry about their money disappearing due to what seems like an inside job.I strongly advise others to avoid using this app until the developers take immediate action to improve transparency, secure user accounts, and address these alarming issues. My trust in this platform has been completely broken.

Winning Bet Voided Due to ArenaPlus System Error

My winning bet was voided because ArenaPlus admitted their system listed the wrong fighter name. Customer support acknowledged it was a “wrong market” caused by their own system error, but my bet was still voided and only my stake was refunded. What disappointed me most was that I wasn’t notified before the fight started. Had I known the market would be voided, I could have placed the same bet on another licensed platform. Instead, I only found out after the event had concluded.Customer support was polite, but they could only point me to the House Rules and couldn’t offer a resolution. I hope ArenaPlus improves its quality control to ensure fighter names and market details are accurate before accepting wagers.

I love this app! ArenaPlus is a sports betting app that has quickly gained popularity thanks to its user-friendly interface and range of sports and events to bet on. The app also offers live betting options and a variety of betting options. I used other sport betting app before I decide to switch to arena plus! Thanks to the creator of this app!
