Slow as a Snail’s Pace

Hi GOMO Ph, for the first time I’m writing this to directly let you know that I’ve been a loyal user of your app since 2021 and I used to enjoy it many times because I needed a seamless and smooth experience without the worry of running out of data or expiry date. Before, it was really convenient and fast but these days, your service is no longer on its acme where it used to be before. I have 30 gb but there are times that I cannot send a message and it takes forever for the connection to load. This is increasingly concerning. I am a loyal user but it seems like I’m thinking of severing ties with you. I just hope that you can improve and work on this ongoing issue since many people need a fast, reliable, and convenient way to communicate electronically. I don’t find the intestinal fortitude to recommend your service to my family and friends because of my experience with you. If you really want people to stay and patronize your service in the long run, I hope you do your best to improve on your service so you will gain our trust and loyalty as valued customers. Sincerely,

Extremely Frustrating Registration Experience

I recently downloaded the gomo ph app with high hopes for seamless SIM registration and smooth user experience, but I have been sorely disappointed. It's quite shocking that such a basic feature as an "OK" button is missing, rendering the entire registration process futile.Upon reaching the step to select my province during the registration process, I was astonished to find that there was no way to confirm my selection. I could select a province, but with no "OK" button or any other way to proceed, I was left stranded and unable to complete the registration.I tried restarting the app and my phone, reinstalling the app, and even attempting the process on different devices, but the problem persisted across all attempts. This oversight not only wastes users' time but also reflects poorly on the app's overall quality.Furthermore, as a result of this critical bug, I have been unable to use the gomo ph service, which has been extremely frustrating. I expected a polished app and a user-friendly experience, but the lack of attention to detail in such a fundamental part of the registration process has left me questioning the app's reliability and the competence of the developers.I urge the gomo ph app development team to immediately address this issue and release an update to rectify the problem. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone, as it simply does not allow users to complete the essential registration process.

Looking back, I realize I’d been flushing money down the drain with my previous provider—paying more for a service that wasn’t any better. This alternative is not only more affordable but also performs just as well.I even tried their roaming service while traveling in Africa and the Middle East, and it was impressively fast and reliable.

The main selling point for me was the flexibility of the data offers — affordable, straightforward, and lasting long enough to really feel like I was getting my money’s worth.But recently, the promos have gotten expensive, and what frustrates me even more is how they’ve bundled unlimited calls and texts into the data promos. It honestly doesn’t make sense. And to make things worse, this whole “unli calls and text” add-on is only valid for 7 days. What’s the point of adding something so temporary to a data package that should last much longer? It feels like a forced feature that none of us really asked for, and instead of making the promo better, it actually just made it more expensive and impractical.The beauty of GOMO before was its simplicity and value. Now, it feels like I’m paying more for something I don’t even need, and losing the affordability that made me choose GOMO over the bigger networks in the first place. If this continues, I don’t know if it’s even worth staying with GOMO anymore. I really hope GOMO reconsiders and brings back promos that focus on what people really want: affordable, flexible, and lasting data. Otherwise, a lot of us who once loved this service might have to look elsewhere.
