The app can already detect if there’s an existing LOA request which is good. But that is not enough. You also need to make sure the system actually checks what that LOA is for. In other words, the app should validate whether the new laboratory LOA being requested is the same as the one that already exists.Next, the app needs to check the status of that existing request. This part is important:If the current LOA status is “Waiting for Approval” or “Approved” the user should not be able to request another LOA for the same day. There is no reason to create a duplicate. it’s already pending or approved.However, if the previous LOA was disapproved (for example, because the user forgot to attach a document), then the system should allow the user to create a new one. That’s the only valid case for another request.

The app is always showing Server Error so there is no point in using it anymore. We still need to line up for HMO for hours, when this app should be a help for us not to line up anymore. Please fix this.

I filed for a laboratory request. The process includes uploading the laboratory referral (if that is what it’s called) then after my laboratory request is approved, a few tests were missing. Also, I cannot download the approved LOA as there was none on the App. The clinic personnel had to call the VC hotline to add it up. Kindly look into that part for improvement.
