Idk why people don’t realize that this is a company in it’s earlier stages and is expanding. Booking and waiting for a long time makes sense since they only have around 500 cars around manila, which might sound a lot but in Manila thats just a fraction of what Grab and Indrive has. I’ve booked from Sm Sucat and it just took me not less than 10 minutes to have a ride and the driver said that they have just launched in Las Pinas so it was easier to book. The car, the ride and the whole experience is seamless and really cheap! Had trouble booking in MOA before too and it took me a long time just for nothing but at that time, they were fresh like a new born baby so they didn’t have enough drivers. People need to really lower their expectations when booking a new service like this. If you are in a rush and mind the wait, then book something else. All in all, I loved the service, the experience, the environment friendly ride, and the friendliness of the driver! Expecting this to be the new thing coming to manila!

Tried this 3x. It’s already a good alternative to the usual ones we already use. The car is clean, no sketchy drivers (so far) and lower fares. As for the app: a bit wonky but I get it—it’s still new and they’re probably going to make it look even better but so far you can navigate through the app easily. I like that you can pay via QRPh too. I just wish they could’ve explained better that the points you use will be deducted after the ride had ended and maybe a clearer explanation on exactly how many points you’ll earn per ride. Still a lot to improve on it but I feel like fellow commuters will appreciate this.

I really support the green future and I’m all for the environment. I actually like the whole EV concept. At first, the service was good, and even if the waiting time was a bit long, it was still fine if you weren’t in a rush. But recently, I’ve noticed the service getting worse, and I’m starting to worry if they’ll even last in the market. My last try really tested my patience. The driver was so close, I could literally see him on the map, but it still took around 30 minutes just within Makati, and it wasn’t even rush hour. I thought I’d make it to my appointment since it was just a quick drop-off nearby, but in the end, he still couldn’t find my pin. I ended up booking Grab instead and got a ride in just 2 to 3 minutes. I really hope they improve the navigation and commitment of their drivers. This isn’t my first bad experience, but I’m still giving them a chance.

It was the first time I tried to book a car here and what happened was that while I was riding I noticed that the driver was going around and around and I was surprised when he asked me where to drop me off and I replied that he couldn't see where my drop off was and I said that's why I booked you so that you can take me to the place I'm going and then he will ask me where to drop me off. When we got to the place where my pin was, I was surprised that he charged me double the fare I saw on the app and after I finished paying, he said that he would add 150 pesos. I refused and went down. When I looked at my fare again on the app, he saw that I also had a waiting fee, but I didn't wait for him because I waited for him myself and when he arrived, I immediately got on. My first experience with Green GSM was disappointing. It's still very dirty inside the car.
