I am really frustrated, I invited 10 people and gave my national id as well as my face, it says the verification won’t take long but it’s almost a day still not opening my account and now it’s say “We can’t open your account this time”, is this a scam? I worked hard inviting people, such a waste of time, fix it. If you want your company/app to be recognized or successful please be better, don’t be a scam and make people sad!I even message your Uno Team and says they will connect me to an agent but after that they never connect me and left me hanging.

I didn’t receive the money i top up in the app its been a couple of hours but i still didn’t receive it, its just keep processing in the transaction. is this a scam
Can’t open my account

I tried to create an account since my friend suggested it, but when I did it keeps stopping at the very last step and it never finishes, after a a couple of minutes it asks for me to retake a selfie and when I do, it again stops at the last step and asks for another selfie. Now it says “we are unable to open your account”, I emailed you guys 2 days ago and earlier this day and still haven’t got the help I need.
