no sound :((
I’ve been using the app for almost 2 weeks now (I think) and the app is fine but the sound randomly disappeared. Kanina, I wanted to watch a movie pero it says the app needs an update so I did. And after the update, there’s no sound anymore. My volume is on max but still no sound. I tried to connect it on my AirPods but still no sound. If this is a bug, I hope ma fix na siya, Thanks :))

Nothing to see on my iPhone
I am stressed out with this a problem. Now you see it, now you don’t. I emailed your company every time this problem pops up but there is no concrete solution to it. I am religious in paying my subscription yet I always encounter this thing. I followed the instructions given me like deleting the apps & then install it back. Then turned off my device for a few minutes. Still the problem exists. I do not know how to upgrade the apps so as to get a new version. I have been into this apps for several years already & in the past nothing of this kind came up. Again, this morning screen is black. Nothing to see. I have been relaying the problem to the support team but nothing is done. I was only able to see my teleserye for a few hors yesterday & now the problem exists

Not full screen
The app is good what’s best is that they don’t require subscription to watch the series or movie but my problem is any videos that I watch can’t be viewed in full screen there is always a gap in the bottom if you view it in landscape also there is no forward or backward option and also if you pause or tap the screen the description or the list of episodes shows which is very annoying
