Failed attempt for credit score request and was still charged

They charge 149 pesos first before actually qualifying for a credit score request. And when I selected passport and input my details if went throught but when its finally time for the face scan, it fails. Took the customer service and said only IDs in the first category are accepted as of now even though the passport option is also there on the secondary option. Just sad that i got charge first even before I got to actually submit the application and then failed. Any way good thing it was just a small amount.
Able to view credit score. Good app so far.

The app is good so far. I primarily downloaded it to check my credit report and credit score. As soon as I finished payment and the other steps, I was able to view both. It was outdated so I filed a dispute as per the. When I had questions, the customer service representatives were decently responsive and were able to answer my concerns. One of my questions was about how long it would take to get a reply from CIBI about a dispute (since I sent an email 10 days ago) in which they said 10 working days. I appreciate that even though it hadn’t been 10 working days, the customer service representative asked for details of the email so that a follow up could be made. One day after, I received an email from CIBI with the transaction number which is quite a fast response for me in my opinion. I’m now connected with the CIC and am having my dispute resolved. It can take time since the CIC is a government agency but at least there’s progress and regular updates. If I may suggest to Lista PH, it probably would be nice to add the approximate turnaround time for replies to emails like CIBI (such as 10 business days) so that at least people who may be new to this can give some time allowance. Thank you for the help you’ve given me.
Great customer service and features

I used Lista Ph app mainly to get credit score report. I had a hard time at first as I kept on getting errors related to App store. I reached out to Lista’s customer service and received a response promptly. I’m glad that they have such a helpful and very responsive customer service as this is one of the features that’s missing for most of the app and digital services nowadays. Also, there’s already an option if you want to file a dispute for the incorrect or missing records. I also checked other features of the app and it was nice to have this Utang feature, there’s sms template if you want to collect your pa-“Utang”. It will spare you the hassle of usual awkward way of collecting debts. Great app overall. Note/Suggestion for improvement: Please also add an option or link for the website version of Lista Ph in case users experience errors like mine or other app-related issues. Thank you.

I like the app and I find it very useful, however, I would like to suggest some things for improvement. (1) Notes does not accept special characters. I use notes to add details about the transactions and I find it frustrating that it does not accept special characters. When the error appears, it also causes (2) Amount value to disappear so I have to re-enter it again. It’s like I’m starting all over again. (3) Payment method doesn’t have an option for check, we usually accept and send payment using checks. (4) Contact: The old one which is not linked to my phone’s contact IMO is better (at least for me, that’s better than linking to my phone’s contact but maybe it’s better for others). But overall, I love the app and I appreciate the developers and company behind it :)
