Mang Inasal 4+

Out of all the food apps, retail apps, this is the only app that can’t seem to find my address. It’s disappointing to use Food Panda instead because they have higher food price.

The only good thing is that I was able to call customer service on my order. The app does not show the status of my order so I called. The girl who answered told me she’ll check the app on my order. It seems nobody is checking if there is an order placed on the App. She said she will call but she never did. After waiting for a call back that NEVER CAME. I called them back. What kind of Customer service is that!! And useless to have an app that nobody from the store will monitor!!! Better just use another delivery service… this is too frustrating and useless to use…..the only good thing is the Food!!

I ordered 2 barkada bundle for a takeaway/pickup and paid via credit card , however when i arrived at the mang inasal branch they haven’t processed my order because their out of stock for some of the menu items.

so I resorted to ordering on the counter, with the assurance from the on duty supervisor that they will cancel and refund my previous order.

I’m still waiting for the refund till today 😩
