Just a worthless app. You can’t log in

The app is easy to use because options are limited and straight forward. However, I find it so complicated to jump from one website to another app and another website just to complete the whole process of card purchasing and activation.

This app will be more helpful and convenient for users like me with the following recommendations:

1. SCANNER - if there could be an option to UPLOAD/ATTACH photo from GALLERY/PHOTO ALBUM aside from scanning NIC cards (Allow access to photos). it gives more convenience for those who don’t have NIC cards on hand.

2. HISTORY SECTION - It’s good to have a history section where you can find all references of cards activated including date and time.

3. CARD REGISTRATION - To simplify card registration and activation, kindly put an option where we can now enter all details of our clients instead of going to a separate website (members viewpoint). If possible, I hope card registration can already be done in the sales viewpoint website. If we can simplify the process being done in one app or website, then it can save us more time.

4. FAQs - An FAQ section under settings for basic troubleshooting, issues and instructions how to use the app will simplify customer support for users

5. UPDATE PRODUCTS- This section isn’t working even I clicked it. I needed to log out and log in again on this app for the cards/products to be updated.
