Very Prompt Response and Support

Been searching for a way to pay my SSS contributions and salary loan since the SSS branch in my area is still closed due to lockdown. So glad to have come accross this App. I needed to upgrade my account to Level 2 since I will need to pay >5K. However, no way to do that within the App. Despite that Compliance team saved my day. Sent them email and received response right away. They supported and resolved my issue within an hour (thanks Serge!) My account was upgraded and I was able to pay for mine and my wife's contribution and loan seemlessly. Wallet top-up was smooth and fund was credited very fast using dragonpay/gcash. Just waiting to see how long it will take for the posting of payments... I will definitely use it for my Pagibig and Philhealth payments even after Covid. It will save a lot of tine and effort, no need to line-up and take the risk...

Note: Hope they can resolve the issue on in-App Upgrade option immediately.

Feels Shady

I just downloaded the app and topped up my wallet so I can pay my sss contributions since Gcash service is unavailable for a while now. Still no experience to share about the payment process since it takes 2-3 days for the money to go in the wallet. RIDICULOUS! Transactions like this should be posted real time because it really feels like a scam when money transactions take too long especially if we’re talking about big amounts. I understand if the payments themselves take a while to be posted, but top ups and such should happen in real time to assure customers that their money is safe. Having to transfer to a bank account owned by the company is really shady. If there were any other way to pay govt contributions right now, I wouldn’t be here.

Hi Juno. We understand that this can be frustrating but we assure you that your money is safe with Moneygment. Verification for your top up takes times since we need to check each transactions. We can suggest to you to use other payment methods should you want a real time posting for your top up, although this may have additional fees.

Can’t understand why it takes so long for them to process the cash out? Of course anyone will feel frustrated because money is involved. Their customer service only kept saying sorry for the delayed but I think they did not do anything about it. They will tell you processing time is 1-3 business days but it takes forever. 😤😤😤

Also with the SSS contribution payment, it is so disappointing that 6 months contribution was not posted. They will only take action if you e-mailed them and ask for explanation/update. But still thankful that they refunded the amount paid for the 6-month contribution but yet as I said takes forever to process the cash out. I hope you will do something about your processing time of the transactions especially the posting of contributions to the SSS portal because now a days, people will look for apps that will make things easier.
