Cash In Hassle and Payment not posted Real Time
-I tried to sign in using my email but app says its been taken already but how since this is the first time i downloaded this app.
-Cash in to wallet is not instant, please provide hassle free cash in and lower convenient fees. No need to send email and wait for confirmation.
-Payment to SSS is not real time and not posted after payment. I don't know how long it reflects to SSS, it says waiting for confirmation, unlike other merchant after paying it reflects immediately like paymaya etc.
-Convenient fee is much higher than other payment merchant.
-So far compliance service responds to queries and provide solutions effectively.
-More reviews after using all functions soon.
-App needs increment upgrades to provide more better service. For now 3 stars for me.

JUST A VERY BIG HASSLE
Downloaded the app several months ago to help with my parents’ contribution. Topped up an amount and wasn’t able to use it because my siblings are paying for the contributions. Been trying to transfer the funds I topped up but the fee is P150. Yes, P150. Not only that, it is super hassle to make the transfer. In comparison to GCash, Paymaya and Bayad Center apps that can also do what this app can do, I regret downloading this in the first place. Incompetent in all aspects. Recently, I logged in and found that my account is gone. I messaged customer service for assistance since my money is gone with my profile but they wouldn’t reply for days. Yes, money gone and customer service won’t reply FOR DAYS. I understand that we are in a global pandemic crisis but... days? Was actually just thinking transferring the money even with the P150 fee because the pandemic is worsening and we could use some extra money but nothing. Hope they can just return my money however they can.

I just downloaded the app and topped up my wallet so I can pay my sss contributions since Gcash service is unavailable for a while now. Still no experience to share about the payment process since it takes 2-3 days for the money to go in the wallet. RIDICULOUS! Transactions like this should be posted real time because it really feels like a scam when money transactions take too long especially if we’re talking about big amounts. I understand if the payments themselves take a while to be posted, but top ups and such should happen in real time to assure customers that their money is safe. Having to transfer to a bank account owned by the company is really shady. If there were any other way to pay govt contributions right now, I wouldn’t be here.

We can suggest to you to use other payment methods should you want a real time posting for your top up, although this may have additional fees.
