After logging in then it will just pop up all their useless accreditted companies that are not even useful except for Prime water bills i need to pay monthly, easytrip and autosweep…then once clicking these 3 the frustration starts🤬😡 no details of what ypur paying but the amounts of service will show in the page!!! Lousy service but they dont forget to put it the charges! Crappppp!

A very buggy app that is Never easy. I was able to cash In but cannot cash out as the app always gives the error “the disbursement amount should be a number” even if everything has been filled up properly or “server error” (for GCash cash out). Was this not caught during QA? What a joke.

I tried transferring money to gcash and transaction is not pushing thru. They refunded the money but not the transaction fee. Lol it’s not even my fault. DONT TRY THIS APP. Such a trash. I dowloaded this cause this is the only payment method accepted in Vista Cinema lol but I can’t pay my reservations saying incorrect pin or name even though all details are correct.

We have updated the Rekyc notification message to ensure clarity and accuracy in communication with our users.
A minor issue has been resolved in the Pay Bill feature. The email receipt now displays the correct footer information
Resolved issues concerning error on unlinking of accounts . Additionally, we have looked into pending wallet balances that resulted from cash-in transactions.
Users should no longer experience automatic logouts or app closures.
