Slow and Inefficient
The app started our great - until I started using it. When you try to change your picture and update your information, it’s lags and sometimes, the app crashed all together. I also entered a car under my account - but then I realized that it was the wrong model. However, to my surprise, I couldn’t delete my entry so I guess I now how a car registered in the system - basically, a car that I don’t have; among a host of app problems and inconsistencies.
Booking Status Not Updated after Service
Booking and approval is quick but the status isn’t updated so it stays at “Approved”. This prevents the booking for the next PMS.
Login issues
I was initially able to use the app but eventually got logged out. The problem occurs when I try to login again. It doesn’t recognize the password that I had set. When I try to reset the password, I am unable to. It says ‘Failed due to invalid token or User not found’. When I try to just create a new account using my email and phone number, it doesn’t allow me as it recognizes that I already have an account. So, it’s basically useless.
