All Items Were Marked as Out of Stock

I have already added items in my cart. When I was about to add more, there’s a pop up in my screen saying “Maximum Quantity Reached” wherein I only have 65 quantities in it. I know there’s something wrong coz I have tried 71 before. And another thing, all items were marked as “Out of Stock”. I can’t add more. Why is this so? I can provide screenshots if you want. Please fix it.

They Cancelled my orders after waiting for more than a day!

I’d like to know why did you cancel my order after more than a day of waiting? I placed an order yesterday using your mysuki app and waited for more than a day! I tried your app because we thought its a good app and service compared to maxim or grab but your CSR proves otherwise by cancelling my orders and STATING/WITH A COMMENT : “did not response the call and text of CSR. Morning to afternoon”
Like seriously??! I never received any call or text from you! Don’t use this app! Making up stories/reasons para lang ma cancel ang orders?
