Dashboard at a Glance
Open the app and immediately see what matters: total sales this month, total expenses, VAT payable to date, and a breakdown by branch. No spreadsheets, no waiting for a report — the numbers are always current.
Sales Records
Log new sales entries in seconds. Attach a photo of the receipt or upload a PDF directly from your phone. Review, edit, or delete existing sales entries and filter by branch and year to find exactly what you need.
Expense Records
Create expense entries with full details — classification, reference receipt type, voucher number, check number, and amounts broken down by vatable and non-vatable. Attach supporting documents from your gallery or files app.
Receipt Attachments
Every sale or expense entry can carry an attached receipt — photograph it on the spot or upload a PDF or Excel file. View attachments any time directly in the app.
Company Directory
Search your existing vendor and customer companies when creating entries, or register a new one on the fly. TIN and address auto-fill for known companies, saving you time.
Secure Access
Log in with your assigned Client Code, username, and password. Sessions are secured with token-based authentication and automatically signed out when your session expires.
Built for Your Team
If your account covers multiple branches, switch between them from the dashboard and filter records accordingly. Tablet-friendly layout for desk use.
NetCount Mobile is exclusively for clients of the NetCount accounting platform. Contact your accounting provider for access credentials.
