The NowServing app helps connect you to your doctors, so you can receive the healthcare that you deserve.
The NowServing app (by SeriousMD) was originally built to help inform you about your queue position, so you can make the most of your time. Roam around the mall, finish chores, have some coffee and go back to the clinic when it’s almost your turn.
With the current situation the country is in, we've brought out a ton of new features to better keep both you and your doctors safe.
Today, the NowServing app also gives you a way to:
* Book a schedule with your doctor
* Chat with your doctor's staff to ask for schedules or ask minor questions
* You can be notified if the doctor is already IN and has started clinic
* You will be notified if the doctor cancelled the clinic due to an emergency
* You can now do online video consultations with your doctor
* Save transcripts of your online consult
* Have access to the prescriptions and other files sent to you by your doctor
* Receive your lab results from Hi-Precision
* Order medicines online and get it delivered straight to where you are
We've also partnered with companies like Hi-Precision, Medicard, MedExpress and more to offer you more convenience.

We've put together all the things that we've learned the past months and implemented an updated design for the NowServing app. The goal is to improve your overall experience and make things easier for you to find.

Swift first teleconsult. Very convenient app.
I had my first tele-consultation today. It was a smooth experience. I booked a day before my scheduled appointment, the doctor accepted the request 1hr before on the exact date. His secretary reached out to me through viber, asked for details, then advised me to sign the LOA copy through an app for verification. The consulation took 10 minutes, and the prescription and lab orders were sent through the chat box (patients will receive multiple notifications both in email and on your registered mobile number). The app is a one-stop shop since they also offer Pharmacy Orders, although I think it would be best if they could offer more drugstores, since the prescribed meds are out of stock on their chosen drugstore’s end (reached out to me via mobile text). I really like the filter where you can apply to sort the available doctors via HMO providers. I just hope that they have a short description for each specialty, as this will serve as a guide for the potential patients to know where to consult. Great job! Develop this app more. It has potential. Thank you, Dr. Romero, for recommending this to me! This is much better than MedGate.

One-stop Shop
I was honestly hesitant to book an online consultation through this app.
The first doctor I booked did not respond to my appointment request. I called her secretary and was horrified to know that her secretary did know that she was present on this platform. This led me to think that this might be a scam site.
As I searched the FAQs, I was relieved to find that I could cancel the consultation on my own and I immediately received my refund!
Since I found out that I can easily cancel and get my money back, I decided to try booking another consultation with a different doctor. Fortunately, this doctor approved my consultation request after a few minutes.
I was so happy with the consultation. I received my prescription right after the call ended and I was even able to order my meds through the app as well! After paying for ghe meds, I received them just 30 mins after.
I am so pleased with this app and the services it provided. It was so convenient. I got to do everything within an hour in the comfort of my own home.
Very helpful in finding doctors
The app is easy to use. I use it to find and book for doctors with certain specializations. So far, I had a fine experience with the app. The only issue I've dealt with in the past was I couldn't choose a certain time to schedule an appointment. When the appointment was confirmed, it was scheduled past the current time of day therefore, there was confusion on my side and it was hard to contact the secretary or doctor about it. It also made me panic a bit because I've already paid for it. Thankfully, the consultation was eventually a success. I'm not sure if there is a way to refund but I do hope so for cases that the consultation paid for did not happen.
I would also like to suggest a feature to bookmark/favorite a doctor. That way I could easily go back to the profile of a certain doctor when I am ready to contact him/her. Plus, sort the categories (i.e, specializations, hospitals, etc) alphabetically to make navigating easier.
