Update issue is horrible, icant update
My phone is iPhone 6S+ and I can’t update to your latest iOS version and icant open my Palawan App, hoping we cant still use this app even we stay on our 15.7.8 version, I really love this app and im using and trusting this app for almost a year, but i have no choice but to stop using this because of this update issue! Hoping you can fix this! Thanks

FOR DEVELOPER: PAY ATTENTION TO THIS; GIVING THIS A SECOND CHANCE
This app provides convenience. Its fees are cheap for both cash out and cash in transactions.
Biggest problem is it lags, its slow and does not launch all the way. It has always been a problem to me. I even contacted their customer support and was really helpful for giving steps on how to manage the problem yet it doesn’t solve it. You try to turn off your phone, same three things happen. You uninstall and install it again, same three things happen. Even placed this app on automatic update and still it doesn’t solve the problem. Does it ever get to your attention for the developers about this problem? Or your just sitting around waiting for your wages? Just hope the bosses could see this kind of reviews because its for the betterment of the app. Just a simple check of balance and i cannot do it because the app wont open.

The app is horrible, the most useless and disappointing app I ever tried.
There is a pawn renewal option but I can’t really use it. Although I provided all the information needed correctly, still invalid and cannot continue the transaction. Really, that transaction was supposed to be my first time using the app, and all I can say is that, the experience is horrible and unpleasant. You cash in to your account, there is a transaction fee; you cash out still, there is a transaction. That is why this app can never be compared to gcash! Gcash is completely free and hassle free. This app might as well be erased as it is very useless.
One more thing, the logging in situation is so much work. What a shame
