Ratings and Reviews
Takes up too much
It is taking up too much of the storage, I only even have a few photos and videos yet it takes up a lot of space. I even deleted a lot and yet it did not do anything at all.
App crashing etc.
This photos app keeps crashing and lagging on base model iPhone 12 running ios 17.2.1, and heating up the back of the phone also when you are using a iCloud when the photos are currently backed up some photos are black like the whole camera roll was completely black and i tried zooming in and try to wait until it loads up the photos, it loads back but after 1 week - 2 weeks maybe or month it backs at black again its supper annoying please fix this issues because it is the default photo app for iPhones my internet is also stable and im paying iCloud monthly for more storage pleaseeee fix thisss. If someone also experiencing this too let me know, i hope divelopers see this helpful reviews for their customer service.
Suddenly closes while I’m still editing my photos!!!
Idk if anyone is having this issue right now but whenever I tried to edit my photos in a few minutes it suddenly close down. It’s irritating especially when your editing,not only that but when you open it up again the photo your editing will be back to zero so much hassle please fix this problem.I don’t encounter this problem before just now. Every time you have an update you installed bugs instead of fixing it.
