Worst online banking ever

Credit card application was easy enough, got approval after 3-4 days, card delivered in a week. Then the stupidity started. Tried enrolling in online banking - unable to because of “incorrect details” and after calling CS, I was informed that they have not yet uploaded my details/card account in their database. I was asked to try after 48-72 hours. Guess what, system under maintenance. I tried after a couple of days, still unable to because of “incorrect details”. Now it’s because my mobile number on record was incorrect. Application was done online; I know the number is correct because they have been updating me regarding my application, the subsequent approval, and card delivery update through the same number. That’s where they send OTP as well. So now they are saying that bank records x credit card records x online banking records are in different databases and information amongst these are not “aligned”. They have to request for an alignment, asked to try again after 24 hours. Haha, silly me, but of course I did! Guess what again. System under maintainance. So this has gone on for 2 more times. Had it with them. They are asking again to try after 24 hours. Nope, I said. Just cancel the card. Worst bank I ever had to deal with. There should he an option for negative 5 stars.

The Worst Banking in PH!

I regret to inform you that my trust in your bank has been severely compromised due to the poor customer service and the consistent disruptions of your online banking services.

Firstly, I am extremely disappointed by the lackluster customer service I have experienced. It took an incredibly frustrating period of five days before I received any response to my urgent email. Such a delay is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for the value of timely and efficient communication. The lack of urgency displayed in addressing customer concerns is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your bank's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the frequent maintenance of your online banking platform has become a severe source of inconvenience and frustration. It is disheartening to encounter disruptions and unavailability on a monthly basis, impeding my ability to carry out essential financial transactions and manage my accounts effectively. I entrusted my hard-earned money to your bank with the expectation of a reliable and seamless online banking experience. However, the recurrent maintenance periods indicate a lack of foresight, planning, and consideration for the convenience and peace of mind of your customers.

WORST BANK EVER!!

My salary always came on time but me paying bills was the delay. I’ve never had issues with the other banks before we had Security Bank for our company’s payroll but with them, all I experience was stress.

Online banking always have maintenance but the app itself was a bit older than what other online banking apps other banks have. It was way too outdated. It would be fine with us if your maintenance and updates were really to improve the app but I don’t think that’s not gonna happen. It always frustrates me whenever I use your app, one time I had to pay for my credit card because the day I received my salary was the same day as my CC due date. But you know what, maintenance took almost two days and I got charged for an interest fee just because I was delayed in my payment.

What are you fixing in your app when there’s no changes every after the maintenance. Fix your system! Online app should work all the time as we may experience any emergencies anytime and needed to withdraw money. Your system is very unrealiable honestly.
